I made arrangement for a discount amount that they gave me to pay a account by two debit orders. The first amount went of at the end of December and the last amount of at the end of January. I stopped the debit order at the beginning of Feb that I had to pay R40 not them because if I did not stop the debit order it will keep on debiting money even if I don't owe them money. They then did another debit order at the end of February and I phoned them asking what's going on and like always the first word they use is "I'm sorry" I hate that word so much. I had to go to the bank and have the money reversed.
I then on Friday get this sms from them that I owe them money and can get a discount if I pay via debit order... what I did and that was settled at the end of January. I phoned in and same story the are sorry about that and will close the account and can only send me a confirmation letter after 21 days... I mean really? The account was paid up end of January.
Please train your people properly because they don't know what the do and that's why there is sooo many complaints against your company.
