I placed an order late Friday night- only after I placed my order did I realise that I should have structured my purchase differently to make use of the "Buy three, get the fourth (least expensive) item free" offer. I sent an e-mail to the on-line manager asking her to assist and to enquire of I may change the order. Liezel van der Merwe was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My omission was corrected quickly and I received my on-line order quickly and beautifully packaged in a fabric bag.
