Bad attitude, profanity and disrespect

On the 6th of June I went to do my daily supper shopping which I've done everyday for 2 years at this picknpay, today however was very unsettling & very hurtful. I went into the store and started at the vegetable section where I chose the vegetables I needed and went over to have it weighed. I was shocked when I found John an employee bent down at the scale having a cell phone conversation, after standing there for about 5 minutes waiting for him to finish even after he had acknowledged me standing there, my gran looked down and asked him to get off his phone and assist the que that had gathered at the scale. To my utter disgust John took to his feet and replied "I was on the phone, no need to be rude" I then reminded him that he should appreciate his job & under his breath he very quietly replied, "k off". I was terribly insulted as I was standing with my 2 year old son and 85 year old grandmother who under no circumstance should be subjected to such disrespect & such profane language. I then spoke to the manager who simply said, "I will deal with him" and walked off. We deeply disappointed and so sad that we've been so loyal to this store & will now travel to the Douglas gran.
