I have payed up my edgars account and was told that as soon as this is done my name would be removed from the ITC and up till now nothing has been done, i plan to go to the ombudsman if the matter is not resolved within the next 7 days as i had paid this account in 2010 and its been over 6months, i am tired of wasting my hard earned money making calls to edcons attorneys and edcon and . the attorneys have advised me that edcon needs to give instruction to remove my name since i have paid up my account or i will definitely be taking it up with the ombudsman.
