With the 1st order they informed me that some of the products were out of stock and be delayed. When I phoned, a confident assistant traced the items to a store and separated the order so the available items would be delivered first. After all, the waiting time for everything wasn't even that long. When I received the items, they were well packaged and pristine.
What's good about this:
- Call center folks confident and professional. They usually answer the phone on second ring.
- Items can be delivered to your closest Exclusive Books branch for no delivery fee; and obviously then there is better peace of mind that order won't get lost.
- Items well packaged.
- Pretty much any book/audiobook title you can think of. If it's not in SA, they get it from international vendors, taking maybe a week or two longer.
- They send you notification when it's arrived at store.
- On-line facility VERY easy to use.
- Would gladly use service again. In fact, awaiting new order now.
Good experience overall. My only regret is that they don't offer other media anymore (games, CDs).
I suppose if the markets for it isn't there, maintaining it is no use
