So after phoning customer service thrice and going instore twice, I took it upon myself to email Game on my husbands behalf (as we share expenses so his problem is mine and his money is mine and visa versa) its been two weeks and still nothing. What do I have to do to get someone's attention at Game so this account can be explained to me because even your call centre staff agree that what is happening isn't right... but still no resolution. Ever sorry we opened this account
