I bought merchandise at Rochester (Woodmead) on Saturday and upon payment confirmed that teh stock in place would be delivered on Tuesday after 6 (at my request). Tuesday came and I aited, no call no delivery. Wednesday I called Sarah and she confirmed that tehy would now come Wednesday evening, its evening I wait, nothing. So I call her again, and and ask her what happens now that they still have not called me, can I get my refund, teh response I got: yes, come get you refund mam, no problem. My view of this service is: We dont really need your cash and you are not valued as a customer!
Pity, I should have also realised that something like this would happen from the interaction in teh store as well, noo service and she actually expected me to go to the items to get teh price after I had discussed teh details and price with another consultants.
Will be a... long while for you guys to see me in your store... am first coming for my refund, and i am dont doing business with you
