On the 17/11/2013 my wife and I entered into a purchase agreement with Rochester totalling R38, 635.00 which was financed by the JD Consumer Finance (Pty) Ltd. They assured us that the furniture would be delivered by the end of the the following week, which is this week. Now when we follow up on our own they tell us that our furniture will be delivered by the 30th December 2013. This for us is unacceptable because it means we now have to pay two installments for furniture which we do not have. The attitude of the staff at Rochester Wonderpark is without a doubt the worst, they just tell us that there is nothing they can do about it and that Chipo the salesperson who made the sale is now moved to Rochester Zambezi. I actually warned my wife against buying from Rochester as our first experience with rochester in 2012 was terrible we are still in posession of furniture that is faulty and not in good condition. When buying from Rochester dont be fulled by the display, it will be a bad purchase decision. we are experiencing it for the second time now. We cannot be expected to pay for what we dont have just as they say delivery of goods will only occur after the full and final payment.
