I have sent a complaint to head office two days ago regarding a call back that I was promised on the 7th of May 2013. Today I get a call from Thuli asking me for the reason why she promised to contact me back- how pathetic is that! Even head office could not contact me and apologise, they just passed the bug to the branch and expected incompetent people who have no clue what customer service means to handle the query. This is one of the most appalling service I've ever experienced.
