I am a woolworths customer I do have a store card, I had explained to woolworths that I am going to JHB for a few months an that my installment due must go on a debit order ofcourse with you guys being so incompetent this did not happen and as a result my account went into arrears, When I came back from JHB I received a call from some lawyers stating that my account had been handed over. I made it my duty to pay off all the arrears an my account had gone back to the store in westwood Durban. I have trying to apply for loans and to finance a car but I seem to be getting declined from everyone reason being its because you guys put me on the credit bureau even though I have a letter from woolworths head office to say that my account is paid up and it is current Head office (woolworths) refuse to clear my name. I am extremely disappointed at this service. On the 08/06/2013 I went in to westwood woolworths with the help from HERISHKA I manged to get some feedback from itc saying that my name was not listed and it is head office that needs to send them a letter to take my name of the credit bureau, If there is no response to this mail I will be forced to take legal action.
