Will head office Fournos please contact me regarding a complaint, i have e-mailed them and sent a fax of COMPLAINT . i have not had any response from them, extremely disappointed in the FOURNOS group. my e-mail was sent to the "contact us" on their internet main site, check it out and come back to me.
