I AM TIRED OF AUTOPAGE!

I have had it.

For the past year I have been trying to understand why my account is loaded as a corporate account when it is not supposed to be. Secondly, this causes major hassle because I NEVER get through to someone who can actually help me, AND I have the suspicion that I am paying too much and want a reconciliation on my account.

I just want someone to TALK to me and HELP me, but even after complaining on Twitter, and being promised a call back, I have yet to receive this call!!!
