I have been trying to trace a parcel posted to me on the 20 Jan. It has not moved from Johannesburg Network branch since the 24 January. I called head office as the track and trace people just do not answer their phones!! (as usual). When I called Head Office, they said that they do not trace parcels there I must call track and trace, i explained that the track and trace people are just not answering their phones and neither is the JHB direct Hub. I was told to call them later.
Here is a clue..why don't YOU follow up on my query and get back to me (aka... customer service), but no, that would require WORK to be done!
It is absolutely unacceptable service! If you can even call it 'service'...just too lazy to do anything! I hope the lot of you loose your jobs due to incompetence!
