I bought two couches from Coricraft at the end of last year. Each couch is covered in different material. Eight months later and the one looks still new and the other one looks terrible. It is covered in the material called Dusk Biscuit and it has worn so badly. I was not informed about this material wearing so badly when I chose it at the Greenstone branch. I called Coricraft to inform them about my concerns and they sent a consultant to do a site inspection on the couch. He agreed that the material looked really bad for less than a year and he took photos to show Management, I was told that the pictures would be viewed and they would call to let me know what the decision was regarding the couch as I wanted the couch recovered or replaced. No-one contacted me. I phoned again to find out and was told that there are no guarantees on material so nothing can be done. I cannot believe that one can pay so much for a couch and it can look so shocking after a few months. I also cannot believe that Coricraft are not interested in trying to sort out the complaint!
