No responce from russells jabulani mall

I applied for credit with russells jabulani mall three weeks ago, my application was approved and they needed to confirm employment in order to deliver my goods. since than i have not heard anything from them and each time i have to call them to make follow-ups. the last time i called i was told they are still investigating!!! i provided them with correct documents and i given them correct information. i am treated like a and i feel i was treated unprofessionally because my credit record is outstanding (which is why my application was approved immediately) i am utterly disappointed in the sales person that was assisting me as he promised to update me/ give me a call should things delay. i kept calling and every time i was given the run around. the first week i made a follow-up on my application the sales assistant told he had lost my application documents which i found absolutely unprofessional!!! please hellopeter help!!!
