Advertised wardrobes, ordered two with hanging space, only to find that no hanger would fit. If a hanger is put on the rail the doors can not close. I have tried for almost a month to get this sorted with the service provider and I get treated like I am an. I have tried all sorts of hangers, plastic (several different types) wooden as well as the old metal hangers - nothing fits.
They advertised the units as wardrobes yet they can not be used for the intention they were represented as in the advert on Gumtree.
I have had to resort to legal action in order to get the matter resolved as they dont even answer my calls or respond to sms. Make promises via email but fail to deliver on the promises.
