Late delivery with a bad attitude

I applied for an account with Russells Northgate. After the credit was approved (forms signed and deposit paid), I got a call a WEEK after delivery was expected to be told that the delivery is pending because the credit department still needed to confirm whether or not I am employed at the company. Isnt that something that should be done during the credit check BEFORE I sign contracts and make payment of a deposit. This matter was resolved after a week when I got 5 missed calls during working hours to be told they were in my area and wanted to deliver. Noone called me to make arrangements on delivery. I was given a bad attitude about the reason for a mobile phone. Excuse me?!! I am in meetings most of the day Russells!! Furthermore when I signed the contract I told the sales man delivery can only be made on a saturday because noone will be home during weekdays. Why are they calling me 5x to say they are in my area when I specifically said DO NOT DELIVER MON-FRI. After 3 saturdays with no delivery, I get a phone call to be asked if I can pick up because they cant deliver anymore. Excuse me? Why did I pay R450 for you to deliver then??? I am STILL waiting... nearly a month later!
