At one time I used to receive my Edgars statement through the post, but then one day I get a call from Edgars accounts asking if they could email my statement to me as it would be easier for them. I agreed, as the postal service is not reliable. This worked well for some months, but now I have not received a statement for May. I have emailed numerous times, but do not received any reply. I have phoned and each time have to verify my details, as that could be the reason for not receiving it, but the account still does not arrive.
I am beginning to wonder if anyone works in accounts, or in fact Edgars H/O at all as a person gets put on hold and eventually you hang up as phones do not get answered.
If you miss paying an instalment they are quick to point out to a person that it is your responsibility to pay each month, regarless as to whether you receive a statement or not, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST AT AN EXHORBITANT RATE.
