Edgars Acc Department,
I have been trying since January 2013 to get a statement out of you guys... speaking to Thabiso and heaven only knows who else.
Every month I pay my instalment and more, without receiving any statements from Edgars... is this fair to the client??? Or should I only pay on the odd occasion when I receive my statement???
I have been a client of Edgars for over 4yrs and I am utterly disappointed in the deterioration of your customer service.
Every time I e-mail or call Edcon I get told that my statements will be e-mailed to me within 2 working days...
I guess the Edcon staff only work once a month, reason this huge delay... So for every second day worked, a couple of months have gone by.
Please could someone actually provide me with my statements as of January 2013 to date, or do I need to involve the CPA???
Edgars, lets not make this a sour relationship...
