Bad service

Purchased a refrigerator for R5499.99 with a R500.00 shopping voucher included, at Game Menlyn on 30 May 2013 (Thursday) without the extended warranty. At the cashiers, the attendant couldn't get the price right. Kept charging me R6216.00. After about 20 minutes it eventually was sorted out. They said they will deliver on Saturday, so I gave specific instructions, that they should call before delivery, so that I can arrange for the product to be received at home as I am working on Saturday. 5pm on Saturday the delivery guys phoned already at my home. I tried to arrange something, but couldn't do it quick enough for them and they left. It is now Tuesday and after many a phone call I am still without a refrigerator. Guy phones me today and say they will deliver it tomorrow (Wednesday) as there is nobody who can deliver it today. Not a good experience at all!
