On Saturday 16 Feb 2013 I bought a Display Cabinet for R4999. I gave the Sales Person Fergus Maluco specific instructions that the Cabinet be delivered on Tuesday 19 Feb 2013 between 10:00 and 11:00.
On Monday 18 Feb I confirmed the delivery.
I even phoned on the morning of the 19 Feb to confirm. Fergus told me that they are trying to locate the driver, and its raining etc.
I told him that I can't wait all day for House & Home to deliver.
The at 11:28 I got an e-mail from Fergus stating that the delivery won't be in time. They wanted deliver the Wednesday 20 Feb!
I can't afford to sit and wait at home until House & Home decides when its convenient to deliver.
This appalling service from N1 City House & Home, especially seeing that in a period of 2 Months I spent over R35000 in cash on goods from the store!
