Service received is horrible

We bought a lounge suite and a bed from Rochester and need the couches to be re-stuffed, the one side of the couch is loose and needs to be fixed and the beds base cracked, I called 3 months ago as they claim you have a 2 year warranty on you purchased goods as I need this to be fixed and till today nothing.
I have been following up every week and all I get is empty promises. They promised 4 times that the warehouse is on their way to come and collect my stuff and I left work and sat at home waiting for them and no one came.
Last week I finally had enough and got hold of the General manager Warren van der Merwe, he promised me that this will be sorted out and he will even send me a "borrow lounge suite" for the time that its going to take for them to repair my broken things, I had to email him and he assured me all will be sorted now. He replied on the email and cc'd Kevanne in to please assist me and till today I have not heard 1 word, I have sent 2 emails again and not even a reply!!!

Now I am asking you why pay more for a lounge suite and bed and then get pathetic service!!!
