ITC STILL not updated

Good Day

My ITC at TransUnion has still not been updated as account closed, I already got a a letter from Zanele Makhubu last month to say this would be sorted out, it has still not been done, the account has been closed in MAY 2013 already

Please update ITC to state that account was closed in May 2013.

Please advise URGENTLY as to avoid legal action against Edcon for deformation.
