Wrong package delivered struggling to get a refund

Good day,
As per the above note, Homechoice debited R3130.92 from by bank account on the 11 March 2013 and today its the 04 June 2013.
I ordered Embassy luggage set and only received wrong order i think it was Continental which was even less by amount. I had plans with my luggage set as i was travelling and as a result i had to borrow from someone as a result of wrong order delivered.
On the 02 May 2013 I returned the package and i have been making a follow up since with my own cellphone and i was charged R82.10 for returning the order.

(0215905717:Cape Mail) 30May they confirmed that package was delivered to Homechoice on the 27May today 4/06@9h17 spoke to Cindy who was not willing to help who put me though to Lorna as i insisted to speak to someone. I'm spending my own money to make this follow up and I need my money back
