I closed my Edgars account last year July 2013 - I have been phoning the Edcon offices for months on end now to get a settlement letter as Edcon/Edgars have not even updated my records at Transunion - it still reflects that I have an account and a monthly instalment and the records state "NOT UPDATED" at Transunion since July 2013. This is ridiculous. I send email after email to [Email Removed] but just gets ignored. This service is not just horrible and terrible it is OUTRAGEOUS. I just want my settlement letter so that I can update my record at Transunion with the help of their very efficient consultants to get this closed.
Can a manager or someone with a "badge" please assist me.
