Saturday, 31 May 2013 me, my partner and daughter went to do shopping for winter clothes for my daughter. the shop is extremly clean, clothes a neatly packed, shop assistance a visible at almost every department- they have a smile and good customer service skills. my partner forgot his woolies card at home, the cashier- Cynthia, revserved our clothes until the card was collected. we were the last to leave the shop and i was not aware until we reached the front door. With othere shop you will be hurried and everyone will be looking at you with this angry face- but it was different with oyur staff - they were all smiles. Thank you so much for the free lunch box we received. Keep it up!!! i will definately come and do my shopping there again and again
