During the month of January 2013 I ordered and received 4x CHINT160 and 1 x 125Amp amp Moulded case circuit breakers, Product code NM-250S/3300, from Buco Polokwane supplied by RIKEN Pretoria. During the first month of installation some of these circuit breakers were found to be faulty and was returned to RIKEN via Buco. The faulty equipment were replaced by RIKEN and replaced by me at my customers premises. The problem was not resolved. I was informed by E-MAIL from Hannes Schwartz that i should check the installation. The installation was checked by me and found to be up to standard. These faulty products is causing a rift between me and my customer and is causes my company to endure unnecessary expenses for travelling and labour to replace and return these faulty products. Arrangements were made that a representative from RIKEN Pretoria would visit me and accompany me for a on site inspection and to discuss the expenses endured by my company an that a agreement could be reached an that the equipment be replaced with another product that can do the job, This representative however did not even show up for our appointment and the problem is not resolved. I would like to receive feedback
