I phoned Truworths on 24 April already changing my surname. I did not receive any confirmation or my new card. I sent an email and fax AGAIN on 28 May... I received an automatic response stating that I would be phoned back with 48 hours.
STILL NO PHONE CALL, MY STATEMENT STILL REFLECTS MY OLD SURNAME, AND I STILL HAVE NO NEW CARD!!! REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!
But if they want your money they will phone you without fail!!!
