Good Day Woolworths
After finding out that my wife and I will be expecting another baby I though I would take her shopping for some new maternity clothes. Much to my huge disappointment and i am sure the disappointment of many expecting mothers it looks like Woolworths is doing away completely with there maternity section. When requesting at the Canal Walk branch "Where is the Maternity section" we where swiftly taken to the far end of the shop and to our surprise a small rack of what looks like last seasons rejects was shown to us. We preceded to ask "is this your maternity section? " The lady responded politely "YES" I mean really NO maternity section in one of the biggest malls in the country??? Do people not where clothes when they are pregnant anymore??? or am I missing something. We have now since our experience lodged a complaint with the Woolworths Online Customer Services Team, who where meant to respond in 48 hours, this was on the 29/10/13, it is now the 5th. Woolworths what is going on I would like a response and I am sure all the expecting mothers would too.
