The first time I gave in clothes for ironing, a young, very helpful woman helped me at 13:00. She noted that the clothes will be ready the next day at 18:00, but probably earlier. As I gave it in at 13:00, I collected it the next day at 16:15. An older, very rude woman was on duty then. She told me that my clothes are not ready, as she is still busy with it. I asked her if she can give me what is ready, and then just subtract what is not yet ironed. She said she cannot do that, and I must come back, as she still has three items to iron. As it was only 3 items, I indicated that I will wait for it. Rudely, she informed me that I can wait for a half hour, and not in her shop. In the end, it took about 10 minutes for her to finish. The next time I gave in clothes, I did it on Thursday, 4 April before 16:00. The rude woman was on duty, and said that my clothes (ironing only!!!) will only be ready on the 5th at 18:30. I pleaded with her to make it 16:00, as I have a three year old that is having dinner at 18:30. I cannot leave him alone and pick up clothes afterwards. She refused. When I collected my clothes on Saturday, half of the blouses were folded, and need to be re-ironed.
