I bought 2 electric scooters that were defective

In November 2012 I purched 2 electric scooters for my kids for Christmas.

We opened them on Christmas day only to find out that the switch of my son's scooter was broken, we replaced the switch as it was holiday season (and Homemark's repair and servicing department was closed) and he was really keen to ride on the scooter.

The first day he rides on the scooter the drive tension belt breaks!

We took it in to them when they were open finally in January and we were told they didn't have any scooters in stock and couldn't or wouldn't replace the scooter for me. They gave us a new drive tension belt.

We thought our heads were through with my daughters scooter but the same day we took in my son's scooter the electric wiring on her scooter came loose and the accelerator handle came off completely.

I reported them on their Facebook page which triggered a response from someone in the call centre last week Friday. He had the nerve to tell me that his Manager knows that those scooters were defective...
and would like to compensate me by giving me a voucher.

No I just want someone to fix my daughter's scooter so that she can also enjoy her Christmas present!!!
