In Dec 2012 I was contacted by Homemark about a special offer which I declined they then went ahead and deducted R1500 for goods not wanted from my credit card without my permission. They had my details in their system from a previous sale years ago. I did not want or accept the product they send me and theyare now refusing to refund me my money which they took without my permission. I am now contacted everyday by a different person with an offer of some new product so that they do not have to refund me. I never wanted the product or anything else from them and are refusing to accept any parcel that they try to send me. All I want is to get my money back. Consumers beware they take your money without your permission and then refuse to give back what is rightfully yours. To me it seems like the actions of a desperate company.
