I took out a furniture account with Bradlows on 26 October 2012 paying R3298 over 18 months starting 01 December 2012. Hellopeter is my last resort after which i will have to lodge a complaint. I have gone everywhere, to the branch, to the Regional Manager and to Head Office, and still no one is willing to assist me. All is ask is that can Bradlows please extend my account to 60 months thereby reducing my instalment amount as currently i am unable to afford R3298 instalment due to financial problems. As it is my account is arrears with 2 months. All my credit providers have been willing to reschedule my accounts by extending the term and reduced the instalment, and only Bradlows is refusing to assist. This is my last humble appeal to Bradlows, failing which i will lodge a complaint with the NCR and Credit Onbudsman for their intervention.
