Worst customer service

I had the worst experience with Game Canal Walk after spending so much money in the store. I bought a tv and a DVD by a guy named uSipho. He gave me a R100 discount on the DVD as it was on the floor for "at least 2days" as it was the last one. I didn't mind it as it was 2 days on the floor and I guess I wanted that DVD. Only to find that the DVD had been packaged with no cables, and went to the Kenilworth centre Game branch and spoke to a Coloured lady at the front who is the manager. She said "I" yes I as the client must go back to Canal walk with the DVD as they can't do anything. She was not even helpful, then came a guy who said I need to buy the cables as I had bought this on discount I don't get the cables. After that the guy took me to a section where get the cable and it was R100. So my question is why did I get discount in a scratched DVD had to buy the R100 cable also missing the LAN cable. What I want Game to do right now, is to come pick up this DVD and refund me or exchange this to a brand new DVD with cables. Worst experience after purchasing and having to go through such bad service.
