At first I used to think game was the bees knees but after last week Id rather go somewhere else. In prominade their customer service disgusted me all i wanted to do was purchase TV. Went to Prominade and waited 30 minutes to be helped by a store colleague during my waitin, g the other colleagues clearly doing nothing chatting with each other about the previous night they had looked more upset when i asked for help. When they decided to help the colleague did not even check if they had stock or contact the other store he just confirmed that he would not be able to assist. When asking his manager his manager did not even respond. Then I decided to drive through to Canal walk expecting better service. Yet to my amazement their colleagues are chatting up females and busy on their blackberries on the shop floor and yet no-one assist me once again. This was the worst service i expected to get and as a manager working in customer services I would be sick to my stomach if my colleagues acted this way infrom of clients, No work ethic. This clearly show that customer service is not valued.
