In Menlyn Park on Sunday, 02 June 2013. Bought 2 hanger type of racks for a kitchen. Price I think was R79,?? per item. Firstly, the cashier didn't greet. Secondly she couldn't understand English when I said rap the items separately. Then she queried my cell phone number, which I confirmed. I bought the items on my account. After signing, she then queried my signature and want me to sign exactly as on the back of the card. I then said reverse the transaction, I will rather go and buy the items somewhere else. She screamed then for one or other person, who ignored her, this was now in between the noise at the cashier from all the staff having their chats and personal conversation. I took the docket which I signed tear it up in pieces, grabbed my card out of her hand and the left the shops without the articles.

I am really disappointed in the incompetence of your staff, their rudeness, their unprofessiona ism, the fact that they treat white customers like trash.

Please ensure and confirm in writing to my e-mail address that the transaction was reverse on my account.
