On the 21st May 2013 around 16h00-17h00 I went to Bara mall to buy some house hold items and I wanted to as well withdraw money at the till simultaniously as I got to the till I told the cashier and the cashier only transacted the withdrawal from my debit card and never punched the item I had to buy as well and I asked her about the items and she said rudely"You didnt tell me! " I said to her I did and she went on again YOU DIDNT! I then waited there and she eventually put through the items transaction, and what worries me the most is that:
1.The supervisor was standing there listening to us but never intervened or try to solve the problem??? Is this the right customer service???
2. The cashier did not punch the items I had in my hand, which if I had it in my mind to walk out, then those items would be for free to me but a loss to your company???
I am so disappointed by the way customer service is practised in that outlet!
