Lodge a complaint

I would like to know what the procedure is when i want to lodge a formal complain against verbal harassment. I have said this before the security guards are very rude and i was verbally attacked by on of the male security guards. my question to him was why do they need to sign my slip if they don't even go and look at my parcel. what irritates me more is why don't they do that to everyone. why do they sign some of the people's slips. i want to take this further. i will not be abused by security guards.
