I ensured a phone in November 2012. In March or April, my phone was not back. After going to the store 3 or 4 times, I called a number I was given and eventually got through the call. It took me a lot of time (airtime). The phone was returned without being fixed. When I called to cancel the insurance policy, the guy told me I must resend the phone. It was too late as I did not have the phone for 4 to 6 months and I was still paying insurance. This is bad service.
