Cellphone department bad service

I have been calling Edgars (midrand boulders) today (2013/12/13) and this lady kept on telling me she will call me back regarding my phone, which the Edgars cellphone insurance told me its fixed and it didn't look like it was to me so i sent it back. Why does it look like if Elridge is not at work nothing gets done. Just to make a phone call for the insurance to authorize a phone for collection, its taking the whole day and costing me more than R100.00 of airtime.

When i called again for the fifth time at 5:24 she told me she called them and they said she should call tomorrow morning. I am starting to doubt this insurance.
