I went to Foschini Standerton to pay account, after I stand for 5-10 minutes in front of one counter where 2 people is working behind the counter, they told me to stand in the queue at another counter. How on earth could they have only 1 cashier on monthend and dont help customers. All they were interested in was writing new accounts and packing pantieboxes on the shelves. I'm paid up my account and are really not interested in that kind of service. It is really poor service and attitudes. The had to give me change and didnt even had R20 to give me change so they have to go to other stores next door and ask customers to help them. Unacceptable!!!
