I'm not really a fan of online shopping and have always collected my goods from the warehouse but was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received! Unfortunately, the website wasn't working when I tried to input my delivery address but I called them and was assisted immediately.
Address was loaded onto the system. Got confirmation e-mails as well as follow up e-mails re my delivery etc. with a tracking number and direct access to the delivery guys.
Product was delivered within about 30hours I would say! Much needed for the apparent icy weekend we're about to have here in the Western Cape!
