TELKOM - SERVICE???

Saturday morning:
Queue for 45 minutes for a R12 item.
During the 45 minutes wait, two cuistomers get help. STRIKE 1
Eventually get to counter and told the item (back to back socket) no longer available. I know this is rubbish so ask where to get it. Reluctantly check and LO! its in stock. STRIKE 2
Then told to stand in Cashier queue to pay.
Problem is: Cashier has disappeared and the desk is unmanned (and has been for the past 45 minutes, on a Saturday morning!). STRIKE 3
Eventually lean over counter, take item, leave cash on counter and walk out.
Finally some reaction, but by then my beard had grown grey, I had become a Senior Citizen and I no longer cared!
Whats good for the goose is good for the gander - Telkom don't care for its customers, its customers won't care for Telkom!
