Its been months after my first request to have my money refunded for the "Life" membership. The first time Edgars phoned me and offered to pay back 6 months worth of fees. I declined and demanded a refund of all the fees that was paid by me for a service I didn't request/subscribed for. Ever since Edgars has ignored all my mails and complaints!!
This is getting ridiculous and I need it resolved ASAP!! Who do I need to contact because they are not getting back to me!
