I contacted Edgars to stop my Club membership for which I have not applied or consented. The have been charging me for this service for quite a while. I confronted them and asked where I have consented or subscribed for this service.
They couldn't give me proof so I asked for my money to be refunded. They contacted me and offered to refund only a part of the money paid (6 months). I refused and demanded all my money back. They said they will have to consult with management.
Ever since nobody has contacted me. I keep on asking for feedback but my requests are Ignored it seems.
I am now going to take the matter up with the National Consumer Commission and Provincial Consumer Affairs Offices.
Edgars have no problems bombarding me with emails and SMS's but they cant resolve a simple issue like this!
This is absolutely unacceptable!!
