Poor and unecceptable service

We bought a washing machine on the 15th of May 13, and was promised delivery on the 17th. After several phone calls and being send or transfered to every one, (sales persons) the manager, Reggie was contacted. He also made alot of promises after i expressed my dissatisfaction with their service and. I bargained for free delivery since it was already the 28th of may, which he asked whether i will pay half of the delivery cost. Eventually, he (reggie) arranged with the delivery dept and informed me that the machine will be delivered on the 29th of may. I

I phoned him, Reggie, at 14H00 on the 29 and he informed me that the machine was only booked out for the next day, Thursday, the 30th of may. i expressed my disgust and dissatisfaction and requested a refund. he was so bold and stern, that i felt like i begged the machine, and did not pay, CASH, IN FULL.

Eventually the machine was delivered on the 29th after i threatened to inform his head office and report it on this site.

i request a written appology since his conduct was unproffesional.
