My wife & I bought dining room table & chairs from the Bradlows store in Midrand. When the goods were deliverd I noticed that two of the chairs had wobbly legs (they were not botlted tightly as the others), so I called Bradlows Midrand the very next day to report the problem. They sent a guy to check but he said the treads are worn-out & there is no way of tighing them again, so he will let the store know and they will contact me and advise further. One full week later, I contacted them to find as we have been waiting, spoke to Rudzani he said he didnt know if the problem still continued and he will send someone to replace the chairs. Its now 3 weeks later still nothing, my wife has been in contact with the store with promises after promises of the chairs been replaced and we sitting with broken furniture...
Bradlows listen, we are paying for the merchandise so at this stage we want to terminate the contract and move to another dealer that knows how to treat customers...
