Got a credit from IRS in Pinetown for a very problematic microwave, but Hirsh's store policy is to replace and not refund the cash. Due to me having so much trouble with the LG microwave, I have since replaced it, now I must sit with a credit note so they can get another sale on a other applicance and then the store manager who knows nothing about the appliance has the check to tell me how can I expect to get the cash back.
