Good day i receive notification email from ster kinekor regarding my movie points, on the 7th of August i received a email saying i have 900 points and on the 21th of August they took 100 points away for no reasons, i was only 100 points away from getting a free movie ticket now i have to pay extra money to get a extra 200 points, this is not customer service, the cinema's service is great but head office or whoever generates these promotions and points, their after sales service
