I have bought a Grafton everset lounge suit in November 2012 from you Benoni branch. The lounge suit carries a manufucturer's warranty of 5 years. Hardly 2 years the 3 seater couch has sacked to an extend that you feel the wood when you are seating on it. I have loadged a complain with your call centre on 14 May 2012 with reference number 180789. To date i have recieved very little feedback on how you are going to rectify this matter.
